Discover the heart behind VeentalFlown and our journey to bring mindful movement to our community
How a personal practice grew into a thriving community
Founded in 2015 by yoga therapist Elena Vasquez, VeentalFlown began as a small studio with a big vision: to create a sanctuary where people of all ages and abilities could discover the healing power of yoga.
The name "VeentalFlown" comes from the Sanskrit words "Ventana" (window) and "Flown" (flow), representing our belief that yoga opens windows to new perspectives while helping energy flow freely through body and mind.
What started as a single studio with three teachers has grown into a thriving community of over 20 instructors serving hundreds of students weekly, yet we've maintained our intimate, personalized approach to yoga instruction.
"Yoga found me when I needed it most. Now it's my life's work to share its gifts."
- Elena Vasquez, Founder
The principles that guide everything we do
We meet every student where they are, honoring each individual's unique journey with kindness and understanding.
We teach yoga as it was meant to be - a holistic practice that nourishes body, mind and spirit in equal measure.
We believe yoga is for everyone and strive to create a welcoming space where all feel valued and supported.
