What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. If you don't have a mat, we offer rentals for $2. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class starts, especially if it's your first time. This gives you time to check in, set up your space, and speak with the instructor.

Do I need experience to join?

No experience is necessary! We offer classes for all levels, including absolute beginners. Look for classes marked "Beginner" or "All Levels" when starting out.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel a class reservation up to 2 hours before start time without penalty. Late cancellations will be charged a $10 fee. No-shows forfeit the class credit.
