Welcome to VeentalFlown. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use paid Services. Minors may participate only with parental consent and supervision.

3. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Cancellations

All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel a class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a credit refund; late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the class credit.

Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your membership in your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, class materials, graphics, logos, and trademarks—belongs to VeentalFlown or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Harassing, threatening, or abusing instructors or other members.
Uploading malicious code or engaging in disruptive behavior.
Using the Services for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Health Disclaimer

Yoga and fitness activities carry inherent risks. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. VeentalFlown is not liable for injuries sustained while participating in our classes or using our content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeentalFlown shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeentalFlown and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims or demands arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, except for claims that qualify for small-claims court.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
